I’ve been coaching clients one-on-one, teaching group fitness, and supporting people online for nearly 15 years. I’m a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute, hold a Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion, am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and have a Level 1 certification through Precision Nutrition. I’m also currently working toward my Physical Therapy Assistant degree.


What I love most about coaching is building real relationships and helping clients push past mental barriers. My goal is to help you create a lifestyle that feels seamless, sustainable, and enjoyable—one that supports your energy, confidence, and overall well-being. I love challenging clients to get stronger not just physically, but mentally as well.


I believe fitness is about so much more than workouts. The workouts are often the easiest—and even fun—part once you get started. The real challenge is building the habit, creating a routine, and staying consistent when life gets busy.


That’s where having a coach and a plan makes all the difference. Small, consistent changes add up, and over time they create a powerful impact on how you feel and how you live.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How do I receive the program?

    Your program will be available on my website under the members only section. To get started, go to the services page, choose your plan, make a payment and answer the questions provided.  I will immediately start putting together your personalized program! When it is ready you will  receive an email notification. *you will receive your first program within 72 hours. 

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes. You have the option of choosing a monthly based program or an annual subscription. Long term, sustainable change takes time. Your programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you. They progress as you progress. You will also have continuous support from myself and my team. Of course we hope you'll stay with us but - you can cancel at anytime. There is no obligation.

  • Is the program available world wide?

    Yes! Anyone in the world can access this program.

  • Can I complete this program at home or do I need gym access?

    Absolutely! If you are working out at home all you need is a set of weights/dumbbells, resistance bands and a step/bench or chair. You would need to select home only on the set up form.

  • Refunds and returns.

    For information on my refunds and returns policy, please see the terms and conditions.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    If you would like to cancel your subscription please email us at support@livfitwithsteph.com within 7 days of renewal, so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel, your workouts, plans, support and guide will be removed from your account.

  • I am just starting out or starting over, is this program good for a beginner?

    Yes! The workouts are entirely customized to you and your goals. Choose weights that are appropriate for your fitness level and we will gradually work your way up.

  • Will the workouts be the same every month?

    No, each month is different! We will repeat movement patterns, this is how we make progress and get stronger. But we will change exercise variations, tempos of the exercises, rep counts and sets, and increase the weights that we are using.
