I have been training clients one on one, teaching group fitness and coaching online for over 10 years. I am a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute, earned a Masters Degree in exercise science and health promotion, I hold a CPT certification through NASM and a Level 1 certification through Precision Nutrition.


I love building relationships with clients and helping them push through mental barriers. I love helping them create a seamless and sustainable lifestyle that they enjoy and that helps them to feel their best. I love working with clients to challenge themselves to get stronger both mentally and physically.


I believe fitness is so much more than “workouts”. The workouts are the easy part and are usually fun once you get started! You know you will feel great after the workout. Often the challenge is getting started, creating the habit or routine and staying consistent. Having a Coach and a plan makes it simple to do. Making small consistent changes to your lifestyle will have a big impact on our life!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How do I receive the program?

    Your program will be available on my website under the members only section. To get started, go to the services page, choose your plan, make a payment and answer the questions provided.  I will immediately start putting together your personalized program! When it is ready you will  receive an email notification. *you will receive your first program within 72 hours. 

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes. You have the option of choosing a monthly based program or an annual subscription. Long term, sustainable change takes time. Your programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you. They progress as you progress. You will also have continuous support from myself and my team. Of course we hope you'll stay with us but - you can cancel at anytime. There is no obligation.

  • Is the program available world wide?

    Yes! Anyone in the world can access this program.

  • Can I complete this program at home or do I need gym access?

    Absolutely! If you are working out at home all you need is a set of weights/dumbbells, resistance bands and a step/bench or chair. You would need to select home only on the set up form.

  • Refunds and returns.

    For information on my refunds and returns policy, please see the terms and conditions.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    If you would like to cancel your subscription please email us at support@livfitwithsteph.com within 7 days of renewal, so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel, your workouts, plans, support and guide will be removed from your account.

  • I am just starting out or starting over, is this program good for a beginner?

    Yes! The workouts are entirely customized to you and your goals. Choose weights that are appropriate for your fitness level and we will gradually work your way up.

  • Will the workouts be the same every month?

    No, each month is different! We will repeat movement patterns, this is how we make progress and get stronger. But we will change exercise variations, tempos of the exercises, rep counts and sets, and increase the weights that we are using.
